Don’t Say, Just Think

Never reply when you're Angry because when you're angry, you say things you don’t mean. When you're angry, you don’t think properly. And if the person reacts very badly and feels hurt by your words, you can't bring words back when they've already been said.


Never do promises when you're Happy because when you're happy, you don’t think about the future, the impact of the words and the feelings that others may have. When you're happy you have positive thoughts, you don't think about the consequences of your words.


Never make a decision when you're Sad because when you're sad, you have negative thoughts and if you make a decision for yourself, you can regret it, and can have a bad impact on yourself and the others.


Because when you have a strong emotion, you don’t think about the future consequences of your words that you said in the past. You can’t take back words when they've already been said. Try to control your thoughts and think about the impact of your words on yourself and the others.


Be conscious of your words. Think before you speak. Listen to others.
